I picked and bet on the Bruins to win that series in 011.I recall people saying no one had a chance against Vancouver in 2011 before the finals . How did that one work out ?
But I hear ya.

Considering the 1st PP unit is out there most of the time, it's a waste having him on the 2nd unitIMO moving DK to the first PP unit is the best decision Cassidy has made all season.
He was great on the wall and behind the net last night. He rubbed guys right out time and time again.Still hope this series gets Carlo's temperature up more. He is so much more of a force when he isn't playing passive. Steps in the right direction last night for sure.
It was a long wasted time for DK.Considering the 1st PP unit is out there most of the time, it's a waste having him on the 2nd unit
Some how Cassidy needs to rectify that. Coyle is a play off beast.Ritchie and Bjork both played under 10 minutes, meaning Coyle is reduced to a 4th line center at even strength with them on his wings.
Even with special teams play, Coyle played less than Kuraly and Nordstrom.
I still get really nervous when he tries to handle the puck. That he's better at it than Rask isn't very comforting!
Great post.
But Carlo had his best play off game last night.
They dont ask how.....they ask how many.
If he was just average last night Bruins lose.
Halak is doing everything fans hoped he would.
Yes he was great last night and yes he was average we lose but he was giving up some soft goals against Carolina.
Cut the guy some slack- he was thrown into the #1 slot by Rask's sudden departure. No way he was going to play lights out from the start. He's getting better as he plays more games.
How can he rectify it? There’s no other slot for Ritchie, Bjork or Studnicka to play at without removing a better fit. Some how Cassidy needs to rectify that. Coyle is a play off beast.
Stud has better puck control, plays much bigger than he is, fights for the puck better and makes more creative plays. IMO
True and he holds that line together. How can he rectify it? There’s no other slot for Ritchie, Bjork or Studnicka to play at without removing a better fit.
I wouldn’t be touching any of those other lines at this point.
Well, at 6’3” 215, Skjei’s gonna do that to a fair number of guys. I see very little strength from Bjork. And, I am a Bjork fan. Just think Stud’s a better fit for this series.I don't agree he is stronger than Bjork. He got ragdolled at least twice by Brady Skjei.

I'm not getting overly confident. I remember what Tampa did to us after game 1 in 2018.Will win the Cup.
Deep in skill, speed, size, D, and goal.
No weakness.
I’ll let you know when the series is over.
No time to be complacent.
They have some fringe goons who are going to start targeting our finesse players (in order, Pasta, DK, PB, Marchy and Chahley) in order to remove them from the series.
Killorn, Maroon and Pacqutte likely suspects.
has lead Tampa in TOI this postseason
He will get one tomorrow !I dont know if it was just me but they looked SLOW. Gryz was too fast for any of their big guys to even touch last night.
Side note, my heartaches for Ondrej Kase. This man deserves a goal so badly.
During the regular season I thought he was much better. I wonder if he is playing with an injury.Carlo is entering big wimp mode for me. Never seen a Dman get pushed around so much. This guy needs to up his physical play.
I would have said except the mushrooms yuck.Man that looks good, except the peas
