The older he gets the more he looks like a dirtbag. He actually looks more like a powerful drug lord bad guy in an action movie than the generic 70s/80s porn star in a majority of the last 3 pics. ESPECIALLY in pic 8.

First four pics he's young, clean cut, still clearly working for Lou for most of the early ones.

Don't care for that haircut in pic 5, his last Devils pic.

He still looks clean cut in pic 6, but a bit more stubbly. That first Ducks pic. Same with pic 7.

8-10 is high class dirtbag. Especially pic 8.

9 and 10 is what I look like more often than not (only just very gray in the beard) because I'm too lazy to shave to every day or even every 5 days anymore.

I agree but Lindy reminds me of a substitute teacher, he's just around because there's other good alternative + the youth love him.Not gonna get yelling from Lindy, you might get the sour face or annoyance time for timed that's when you know you missed up but in general, nope
He’s not 4th all time in wins because he’s a substitute teacher. But we’ve got a rebuilt defense, I hate his defensive system, and the guys are just not as hungry this year as we were last year. You can’t fake it. We’ve been reading our own reviews. Anaheim wanted this game more than we did. We’ve seen a bunch of that this season.

that was Henrique's first career hat trick?!
Yes

And I was not in the least bit shocked, despite his high number of 2 goal games here.

I knew he never had a hat trick here, and I remember Steve constantly talking about how ''Henrique looking for his first hat trick'' every time he had a 2 goal game, but it never came.

I figured maybe he had one in Anaheim already, but Bill immediately said first career.

He got a super long leash in Buffalo because of their runs. In Dallas, he got fired after what's happening with us with a really good season and then a mid year the following year. He's a very good coach to guide you through that transition but I don't think he'll ever be the guy to win us a cup with this core

Be careful what you wish for with the FIre Ruff stuff.

Ruff to Green (or even Dineen) is the same thing as going from Hynes to Nasreddine.

It is NOT an upgrade. Green is terrible. Dineen somehow may be less terrible, but I don't wanna stick around to find out.

I'm all for moving on during the offseason. There may even be some CLEAR upgrades to choose from in the free agent coaching pool, but firing him for who I think the potential replacements would be is not going to help us.

I'm not sure why Berube is popular, other than he won a cup.

I'd rather Evason than Berube

BUT....... As I keep saying......He's the clown that kept making Fleury happen in Minnesota. So much so that people were convinced these calls were coming from Guerin himself.

If you noticed, the Fleury stuff has been cut out since Hynes took over. Fleury has only played in 2 games since and one was part of a back to back. I'm not a Hynes fan, but he almost always plays the right goalie. Kinkaid over Schneider down the stretch in 2018 probably doesn't happen with most coaches. I could see even Ruff letting Schneider drive us off the cliff that year and the Panthers getting into the playoffs over us.

Hynes is also probably the one who should be credited for allowing Saros to usurp Rinne.

I agree he’s not going to lead us into the promised land. The leadership in the dressing room is going to have to mature as well. We will also need a more balanced approach. We can’t expect just to out skate everyone night in and night out and score on tap ins and partial break aways.

Nemec was a -3 tonight and is a -7 on the season so far. I think it's fair to say he is playing in a role that he isn't quite ready for. On the Ducks 3rd goal him and Siegenthaler both left Killorn wide open. Siegenthaler should of took that man but he atleast tied someone up infront of the net while Nemec was watching the puck 5 feet infront of the crease just covering an area. Not every goal was his fault though. He played with Luke during the 4 on 4 on the 4th goal , Nemec missed a neutral zone poke check but Luke Hughes gap control was awful that play. He sat back like 10 feet below the blue line and gave Terry all day to setup for his shot as he drove the net.

This is the kind of stuff where you have to think Ruff has his hands full. I can't think of many teams that are relying on a 19 and 20 year old defensman to play top 4 minutes on a team that is supposed to be a contender.

I’m pretty sure a few of them have been replaced by their kids.
Everybody seems to know Max Weinberg's son Jay. He's drummed in a bunch of bands over the last 15 years, but was with Slipknot for the last 10, who recently kicked him out for reasons unknown.

He was in a few Punk bands in the late 00s/early 10s before the Slipknot stuff.

I've heard mixed opinions on him. A lot of people think he's an asshole, but some people say he's a good guy. He quit the band Against Me via Twitter, before any of the other band members knew he was quitting. When it was revealed he had joined Slipknot, the singer of Against Me tweeted out something to them. She said something like ''Good luck with that! #shitbag'' yes, she actually said shitbag. This was something brought up recently by a guy I follow on youtube.

He was also in Madball and seemed to leave the band under strange and weird circumstances. He was also very young when he was in those bands, only in his early 20s. He's in his 30s now and may be more of a better individual these days.

I do know he drummed some shows for his dad with Bruce back in the day.

He seems to be a pretty highly thought of drummer, despite mixed opinions on his character. He apparently didn't even start playing until he was 14 or 15 and grew up listening to Punk bands and started playing in some fairly bigger acts when he was in his late teens/early 20s.

i'll guess that the youngest in the band is the big man's nephew on sax (43)

RIP CC
Yeah, I was gonna say. I know he's passed some time ago.

I was thinking ''Maybe they got a young saxist to replace Clarence?''.

i'm not gonna guess but i'll ask ....would you figure i would know of this band?
Possibly, but he's also worked for other bands in his spare time as a guitar tech/roadie/driver/whatever which you've definitely heard of.

He's really tight with much of the New York Hardcore scene.

He likes that he's kind of under the radar.

And he does know Brian Fallon and the Gaslight Anthem guys. They discussed him playing on a solo record, but they really weren't on the same page musically.

The vast majority of minuses are not on him. The idea that Luke and Nemec are in any way the issues is just nonsense. They're legitimately the 2 best D on the team with Dougie out. Luke's a legit top 4 D and Nemec might be one already too or is close to one. The issue with the D is Bahl is not a top 4 D and Siegs/Marino f***ing suck this year.

Eh, I think Marino has been fine. Siegenthaler and Bahl are the bigger issues for me.

I keep seeing the coaching called out and I think everybody knows, I don't like Ruff. I also don't think he's the worst coach on this staff though.

Firing Ruff for Green is no upgrade.

We're going to be worse off.

Ride it out with Ruff this year. If we miss the playoffs, I think the plug is pulled on him after this year.

There will be better options to choose from then.

I think we need to ride it out with Ruff, then re-assess in the offseason.

I think Marino gets let off the hook way too much. Sure part of the issue if he's saddled with carrying around Bahl but also he himself is nowhere near the elite shutdown guy he was last year and has been pretty bad.

They aren’t going to fire ruff during the season people gotta just stop it. Also if they did Fitz is def going behind the bench he isn’t going to let green take the reins during the season. Fix the goaltending before canning ruff otherwise your just going to have the same shit with a new coach.
