Regarding schools. My co-worker's daughter told him the kids at her high school were trying to get the school shutdown by spreading the virus between themselves. They've been sharing water bottles, cigarettes and JUULs for the last 2 weeks.
How lovely of them...

I've had anxiety attacks, severe ones, for several weeks now.

Hey man, i've had panic attacks a couple years back and breathing exercises helped me out a ton. I'm pretty sure that you already know it but just in case you didn't, there's some good techniques on breathing.

I actually used a cork block that I bought at a store. About 3 inches high by 6 inches large. I had to lie down and put the block in between my scapulas so my whole chest opened. Really helped me when I was feeling stressed or panicked.

Just a tip in case you're in need of something before your appointment. I never used pills, battled it myself with techniques and so far it's been 4 years since i've had one.

That sounds like something my high school would've done.

Thanks God for the gyms. But I definitely think there could have been steps in there taken earlier that could have prevented an almost full-scale shutdown.

....Okay, people living alone can host a "gathering" with another person.
In other words, no forced celibacy should Outaouais turn red (even though I probably could benefit from a 2-days break).

f***, now I can't have an excuse to miss gym sessions.

Unfortunately, as someone who has difficulty studying at home, the idea that I can't go out again makes me want to throw up.

I dub thee the tinder clause

It's my GF, but we're aren't living together since it's rather recent, we're both teleworking and it makes more sense to each be working from our place.
And we indeed met thru Tinder, FWIW.

Actually, every person living alone can host another person, no specific needs.

Allowed:
  • a single visitor from another address for single individuals

"Single individuals" is a rather bad translation for "people living alone".

Are baby sitters allowed? I mean realistically we're still going to have them over since we have no choice, it's safer than sending her to daycare and our parents are willing.
