There's a huge gap between idiots and less skilled/intelligent than Süle & Tah.
Problem is really that you think a guy like Umtiti isn't skilled.
Same for your "Rabiot's no Dahoud".
What can I say? Rabiot is very close from world class ALREADY.

When did I ever say this? Less skilled than Sule/Tah =/= isn't skilled.

Rabiot is close, but Dahoud already is world class; despite being a year younger.

What's your definition of world class then?

As for Umtiti, saying Tah is more skilled than Umtiti is reaching a whole lot.

Kinda weird that a Barça starter is being underrated. Umtiti is a much better defender than Tah at the moment, no question about it.

If anyone comes here and reads the comments without seeing those two must be thinking that Süle is the reincarnation of Beckenbauer and Tah is the new Nesta

Let me put it this way; even if Ilkay had gotten healthy for the euros last summer; I'd still have wanted Dahoud to start alongside Kroos and Weigl.

*shrug* Even though Tah has struggled this year, as his whole team has, he still has everything you could possibly want in a CB and was just majestic last season. He's extremely pressing resilient, a very crisp and precise passer, and his long passes are often hummels-esque. There aren't many CBs with his skill level in the sport at any age.

Even Süle isn't quite as skilled as Tah, though he is smarter and a quicker thinker. And with Boa-Mats locking things down for the foreseeable future, Tah-Süle have plenty of time to polish their games before being leaned on by the NT.

Tah may end up the new Beckenbauer and Süle the new Nesta, but we'll still be stacked if they are just the new Boateng & Hummels ;)

Tah actually does have a ridiculous tool-set. He looks very overweight for a footballer, yet he's incredibly athletic, calm on the ball, good passer, very strong, good in the air.

We're not France and even Brazil could be tough to match if.Vinicus is as good as advertised to; but I'm not exactly worried about the German front line of the future.

Eggestein, Sane, Draxler, Werner, Brandt, Gnabry, Ochs, Philipp, and Selke; is pretty damn exciting even if a Mbappe/Dembele or Neymar doesn't emerge from that group.

And the next generation has the likes of the RB trio of Abouchabaka, Kühn and Kruger as potential NT caliber game changers already gaining hype; as well as Werder's Mbom in the attacking midfield and the aforementioned Arp.

The Netherlands will wreck with a midfield of Nouri, de Jong and van de Beek, a forward trio of Bergwijn, Memphis and Kluivert and a backline of de Ligt, Ake, Riedewald and Karsdorp. Not to mention many other young talents. A bad transitional period at the moment where the brightest talents are very young and the elite players are getting old and injury prone without much to bridge the gap but there's a very talented group coming up.

The Dutch don't deserve a mention yet. Most of them still need to be full time regulars in desperate need of seasoning. That said, the talent between the ages of 16 and 20 is immense. Perhaps not in high end talent, as I think only a few have elite potential, but moreso in terms of depth. Outstanding depth at every position, only being somewhat thin in goal. Aside from potentially Bijlow there isn't really a gem or much depth there.

Here's my updated top 50 prospect list I've worked on a while back. It contains Eredivisie or Dutch youth born between 1995 and 2001 (ages 16 to 22).

I miss these prospect lists. I remember the good ole days when you, Evilo, etc. would provide periodic lists and write ups on future prospects.

Speaking of Troupee, he's been linked to BMG; so any of you guys wanna give a scouting report?

He's been a pretty nice revelation in the Eredivisie this year, being a regular and important fixture in a strong Utrecht side. Likes to cover much of an entire flank and get involved offensively, though he can be a bit overly enthusiastic. Needs to time his rushes better. Sometimes he suddenly finds himself next to the striker. Is a gritty and hard nosed back defensively. Very passionate. Could be a crowd favorite wherever he plays. Passing, heading is average. Isn't very big (I doubt he reaches 1.80). Quality shot.

Another strong year and he could make Oranje, eventhough RB is a position of strenght already.

I adjusted your list to my current top 15, give or take. There's a lot of fluctuation and so many close players beyond that, it would take a little while to put together a comprehensive list. I also underlined the players that are not Dutch.
