At 4.5 he was a risk at 1M he is not. He will be given the chance to make the team. He is a good guy and his expectation is a bottom pair defender. The signing is fine.Uh yes it is. Like I said in my post we had no need to save cap or money, he was a burden to our team. He was refused to be called up even with multiple injuries, and the players I listed were chosen instead. I'm assuming you don't watch any Montreal games, because Karl Alzner is clearly not NHL caliber any more, even on a bottom pairing. He isn't even doing good in the AHL.
I dont believe this rumour for a second. The dudes wrists are shot. His wife opens the pickle jars for him at home and people in here expect him to play bottom 6-7 NHL minutes its NOT HAPPENING. Great career tho alzner used to be that guy but he cannot hang anymore
im well aware lol. Embarassing stuff by our pro scoutsThe pickle jar story came out prior to the Canadiens signing him lol
Would he be Boston's number 7, or even more ideally number 8 ? Then it's not terrible.
If he's a regular, then are they trying to tank ?
He's played 13 NHL games in the past two seasons. Beyond washed. Broke his hands blocking shots so many times he can't open pickle jars.
