We have our share of obnoxious fans too!
Hell, we can't even get along with each other as Leaf fans.
It is brutal on our board most of the time with the infighting and bullying, even though we're suppose to be mostly Leaf fans.
Ice time leaders:
Hyman 19:42
Lindholm 18:32
Brown 18:01
Tavares 17:39
Matthews 17:34
I know we won but... really, Babcock?
He's Brett Hull 2.0Man Laine doesn't skate. He floats A LOT out there. For a guy his size he sure doesn't engage like you think he would. He literally floats into pockets of open ice and waits for a pass. His shot is world class, but man the rest of his game leaves a lot to be desired.
When Nylander's back, it's going to be Kapanen getting demoted, not Marleau.Good game. We badly need Nylander back - Marleau has been brutally bad, just so weak on the puck.
Kadri played on another level the moment he scored that goal.Good game. Win on the road against a hard team to beat at home. Have to be very happy with this one. Kadri off the schnied too.
Special teams play a part too. If we weren't constantly getting shafted by the refs the ice time allocation would change.
Must be the reverse for me, I usually avoid here after a loss.Leafs lost, 40pages.
Leafs won, 5 pages
2.5 to 1 if you look at the ice time, the Jets scored halfway through Brown's penalty.
I can't believe people are seriously arguing that Brown/Hyman/Lindholm deserve the same ice time as Matthews. That's what all of these posts imply, assuming PP/PK were balanced.
Based on their GDT thread, Jets fans would agree.Man Laine doesn't skate. He floats A LOT out there. For a guy his size he sure doesn't engage like you think he would.
