uhhh yeah he’s high maintenance in the same way michael j fox is high maintenance.

i feel bad for patrick, hopefully he can get back on the ice at some point
(mod)
I feel for this kid as well. He is going through a lot which is sad to see since he is a good player with a good career ahead of him, but his body keeps on failing him. Indeed it is a tough situation for all parties but calling it high maintenance is asinine.

WTF?

Comparing Parkinsons to a Migraine?

Way to go to the extreme there, buddy.

I feel bad for Pat, too, but I still am glad that Shero selected him so we don't have to deal with what's happening regarding his health concerns.

Can you imagine how annoyed some of us would be if we Drafted Nolan instead and then watched Nico tear s--t up in Philly while we're dealing with Nolan's Health issues???

Many would have been asking for Ray's job back then!

Sorry but I am not apologizing for being happy we got Nico instead. NEVER.

And besides, I think Pat said he'd try to get back on the ice this season so COOL YOUR JETS with your outrage. o_O

EDIT : Now I see that you did this on purpose to get a rise out of me. bye. *Ignored*

Panarin is having one hell of a season, what a player. But even with the 120 pt pace the Rangers are not in a playoff spot. Just shows how many gaps they have in their roster.

They are a lotto team with a star. They have to figure out how to make it work while Bread is still a stud.

Not sure how they manage that. They don’t have centers and more then a few of their prospects don’t look as promising as advertised.

Maybe they should fire their GM in January for “lack of results”

They currently have 2 centers who are at or near a ppg.

Guess they should fire their GM too.

Also big difference. Bread is signed to a mega contract.
I don’t know enough about that shit team to know or care if their GM should be fired.

Panarin being there long term is a plus for them compared to us renting out assets in exchange for Hall for 3 years.

I was secretly hoping we could put the screws to them with DeAngelo during his RFA period, but extending offer sheets rarely works out well.

I'd honestly be nervous if I was a Ranger fan. Panarin's season is significantly more impactful than what Hall did for us two years ago, and the Rangers aren't even in a playoff spot. We are reminded at every opportunity that Hall "dragged us into the playoffs" that year.

What's more, his point production is a staggering 35% more than his best season to date. His performance is inflating point totals of guys they're going to have to sign like Strome and ADA. So what's more likely, that this is a career year that will not likely be replicated? Or did Panarin really turn into Connor McDavid when he signed that contract? I guess we'll see.

So Gallant got fired. Ownership is going to have options, that's for sure.

I love how that VGK team played for most of the last two years, but I guess it's easy to like an underdog that over-performs.

Wow, that is surprising. I will say Pete is probably a really good fit for that Vegas group.

If we pass up on Gerard Gallant, this is a fireable offense for whoever is running our franchise.
