Sanheim has to weight risk and benefit.

If he takes a 2 year deal, if York and Zamula emerge this spring, and they sign Attard and St Ivany, good chance they deal Sanheim next summer, and he may end up going somewhere that won't put him in a good situation in a contract year. Or he gets injured and gets a disappointing offer when he hits FA.

One of these is definitely possible as a Flyers player... We know if he's traded he'll explode, because exFlyer with potential.

How Sbisa doing? Or Pitkanen?
Once you get past Sharp, Williams and Seidenberg (2000, 2001 drafts), who has played better after leaving the Flyers?
Maroon.
JVR (20-22 in Philly)

Probably Carter, who kept refining his game to become a solid all-around player. He'd begun this process before he was traded, he went a long way from being a "skate up side very fast, shoot very hard" one-trick days.

Hartnell lasted longer than expected.

I am worried now that Myers will learn to be a good D man now that he will get better coaching on a team known for having good defenceman. The kind of player we all hoped he would become
I am not worried, I know he'll blossom with actual coaching and a real system. Very big, very fast, not afraid to hit, scores. Just needs some work on his D coverage and passing but not insurmountable. He could be the best player in that deal by the end of the year if Ellis breaks down.

Ghost won’t have a good year in Arizona. If he gets another contract will be one year at minimum. If he’s not -100 I will be surprised. Terrible team with a terrible head coach.

Carter's last 3 years in Philly, 56, 37, 49 at ES, 17th, 24th Selke,
Best four years in LA (29-32): 35, 45, 48, 43, Selke 36th, 43rd

Since Downie was traded at 21, meaningless.

Bob yes.

Unsure why you've left a 3 year gap of Carter's prime in LA to favor decline years that weren't his best. You included one of his best years and then stuck mostly with decline, while also ignoring his 25 points in 26 playoff games en route to a Cup, too. Why?
