The only thing I could think of is Pirri didn't want to be in the bubble. Reid Duke is barely an AHL'er so I fail to see why neither Pirri or Zykov was brought along in case of emergency. They're both better fits in the top 9 than any of the extras we brought outside of Krebs.

I find it hard calling Pirri "extra offense".

If we have a couple top 6 injuries then we've got the whole 3rd line which can step into the top 6.

Yes, but if you're in the Vegas market they'll be blacked out on NBCSN. ATTSN will carry the round robin and probably the 1st round. Any games that ATTSN carries will be blacked out on NBCSN.

To clarify....

NBC (flagship) channel games are national exclusive.

NBC family of channels (including NBCSN, USA) and NHL Network (US) also broadcasting games.

(NBC is contractually obligated to show ALL games in NHL playoffs. Right now, games are filling pre-Olympics time slots. Mid-August, about the time of the conference quarter finals, they'll be taking time slots originally set aside for the Olympics.)

Thanks. My thing is that I am going to be stuck in Carson City during the exhibition game. The place where I am staying has Spectrum so no ATTSN or NHL Network.

So I guess I will have to watch the game at a Sportsbook with a mask on. Not my first choice but what can you do? Establishments up here seem to close early and the game has a late start.
