I was reading earlier scouting reports on him and some brought up his skating.

For me he's a excellent skater but moreso in the agility/edges aspect versus just elite speed.

He's still got good speed but its like comparing Nylanders skating to Kapanen's. One guy is a better all around skater whereas the other is a pure burner.

I think we hit a homerun with this kid.

Dubas' first picks in all 3 of his drafts look to have star potential, one of whom wasn't drafted until near the end of round 2. His drafting has been godlike.

I never really bought the rumors that Dubas was interested in drafting Perrault.
