That contract should be helpful for Dallas with Faksa. Makes me think that with 1 RFA year left and his lower production, if Dallas wanted to go long term, they might be able to get Faksa in the $4 million range.

Tbh it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to scratch Janmark instead of Cogliano if we do get Thornton cause they're the same player but Janmark is better in every way. Make it the JFC line now

I get that it seems like Djuse may have asked for a trade (if he didn't ... this makes even less sense), but you've hurt the Texas Stars who were already struggling to stay in the playoff race. You didn't add anything of value. That trade makes very little sense to me. You didn't honor Honka's trade request (assumption that is what facilitated this) so why hurt your developmental team and move this guy?
