I don't think there realistically is enough ice time to get him to 30 goals. He should be a PP specialist whose ES icetime is limited to 10 minutes or so a night.
I am not sure I understand this. Other than you just don't like the guy. He scored 25 goals last season. that's two good games difference.
I could see your point if you were claiming that he has never produced like that before in his career. Except that he scored 19 goals in 47 games in the shortened season the season before.
The available black and white numbers don't back your NO CHANCE stance that Brouwer could score 30.

edit: 10 minutes is what Jay Beagle plays ES average. You want him on the 4th line? Brouwer was 4th on the team among forwards in even strength average ice time. He was 4th on the team in even strength goals scored/13.
