Really impressed with the way Grigorenko seems to be coming around. He's obviously taken his off-ice training very seriously of late, and he looks to have adopted the right attitude wrt really earning his chances.

Same, he's finally saying and doing all the right things...and this year he'll finally be playing in the right league. Development = On track.

Anyone have that leaked copy from a few years back of the offseason workout expected routine - something of the sort - for either rookies in dev camp or rehabbing regular guys...? Might've been in conjunction with last year's boot camp bonding, but that might be wrong and it could be older than that year...

I believe it was a workout plan and a nutritional diet breakdown by weekday. Anyone recall? I'm drawing a blank on other details....

Chadd Cassidy speaks with the media Thursday at Sabres Development Camp.

After every answer Double D's gives, he gives an arrogantly satisfied "smirk nod" as if to say to himself "nice job, Chadd - good answer there"

Might as well give him one of those mini water bottles of Poland spring and ask him to swish a bit around for old friends' sake.

#selfie #tbt #ronny

Edit: of course the main image frame for the video is Chaddypoo pickin' dat schnozz :teach:

After 13 total games played, Team Gray is in 1st with 7 points (3-0-1). Grigorenko, Kea, Caggiula, Pecoraro and Pysyk haven't lost yet.

At the end of this they should just walk around and hand out contracts to the winners.

Team Gray for me.

That was the one that stood out to me. Pysyk + Grigorenko with a solid cog in Kea as well should do well. The only other team I felt had the kind of offense/defense balance was white (Armia/McCabe). Teal lacks the offensive firepower aside from having the best player in camp (Ristolainen). Navy has Girgensons but could use a little more talent on the back end (I have good hopes for Florentino, but he's not nearly on the level of Pysyk/McCabe/Ristolainen right now.
