Honestly it's a toss up between the two and at least Boro - Gryba has the players on their respective strong sides

Cowen in for Gryba messes that up and, as much as I want to believe Cowen has what it takes to become a solid number 3-4, he isn't so much better than that it makes it worth to mess that up

Putting Smith on the top line has been an abysmal failure and yet he continues to play that card. The other 2 players on that line are struggling and he thinks Smith will be the catalyst?
Why do coaches make such obviously stupid decisions? Is it too much to ask that they just use some common sense.

Wait until Phillips and Neil are cleared to play. We'll be back to a pure "MacLean" lineup in no time. Virtually all coaches will play the vets over the kids like that.

I don't know, but i do know that it happened in the 2012-2013 season.

Washington was a very hot team coming into Ottawa and Ottawa ended up defeating them.

Another intense test and, let me be crystal clear, as long as the team plays a good game I'll be happy win or lose. I'll be happier with a win of course but as long as the team doesn't play like ass there is nothing to be angry about

Thank god we are at home for the matchups! The second period is going to be critical: keeping Boro - Gryba away from Ovechkin is going to be key
