Glad he bounced back from a rough start to the season.

Right now need him to be huge and he's delivering on that front. Be nice if they could back him up a little and score more. But for now Andersen is making up for the team's questionable play. Be nice to see a combination of him being unbelievably good and the team being great around him.

Oh well. Andersen is great right now.

Brutal team in front of him like 45 shots against tonight. Need to clean this up or we won't win a cup.

Best goalie we have had since Belfour. Not too worried about the team's play though. Babcock will smarten up soon enough with these wierd lines.

These days he looks like a bonafide Hart / Vezina candidate. I'm sure he will slump again soon but when he's dialed in he holds his own against the league's best.

I think he is a boderline top 10 and I'm okay with that. We can win with that. He is not as bad as we've seen, he's not as good as this over 82 games.

- CuJo (the dog, I guess?)
- The Great Dane
- The Brick Woll :sarcasm:

Worth noting that Sam Steel, one of the picks we gave up for Freddy, has come back down to Earth and is producing slightly more than a point per game in the WHL This is a big drop from the 2 point per game pace he was on last year with Brooks by his side.

Neither Brooks or Steel are exactly lighting the world on fire right now

We're nearly half way through the season and its just as evident as ever how much Andersen means to this team.... I think if he were in net in place of McE tonight, that we'd likely have got the win.

Last season's 33 Win Performance was 11th All-time among Leafs goaltenders...

This year, he' on pace to shatter the Leafs' record (37 win season)...

Currently 19-10-1, he's on pace for a 43-23-2 record if he plays 68 games (all available games that aren't back-to-back)

I mean, it's the first two letters of his first and last names, but you really don't think it stuck because of the dog? It's a perfect storm for a stellar nickname, but I don't think it necessarily has the same staying power if the dog never 'existed'.
