Whether we win or lose those two games doesn't really show much Phaneuf means to the Leafs.

We need the points. Who cares about proving to the fans that hate it.

A) Like the player and can't hate any criticism against them.
B) Hate the player and can't refute any compliment of them.
C) A very small minority of fans that can manage to like a player and criticize or compliment them.
