Again, it's 31 GMs not a bunch of douchecanoes in the media. If Rinne doesn' win it will be because the Eastern GMs voted as a bloc for Vas, which I would hope wouldn' be the case

He lost to Lidstrom by 8 points and Karlsson by 9 and I think it was the Karlsson one where one voter didn' even have him in the top 5

Vaslievskiy has given up 3 to OTT in the first period tonight. His stats don't look very Vezina worthy except for wins which have been coming from Tampa bailing him out with 4 or more goals

This was at a Kings of Leon show at First Tennessee Park. We were all in the "standing area" (the outfield) and we just happened to find a spot that was next to him.
In the group picture it didn't turn out good because there was some weird lighting coming from the stage so it threw everything off. (I'm the short guy in the middle). The funniest part was he went to the restroom and he clearly couldn't tell where he was trying to go when he was coming back because it was a huge space, crowded and dark, so we saw him towering over everyone trying to figure out where to go and one of us was like "Pekka!" and he nodded and came over. He got back and in his Finnish accent was just like "Thank you guys". He was super cool. I also saw Subban there and walked past him going around a corner. And we walked by a group of Josi, Johansen, Sissons and Bitetto.

They were discussing it this morning on the NHL Sirius channel and pretty much all agreed that Rinne was the favorite now. Still time for things to change but if it stopped today and he didn't win I would be pretty ticked.
Dunno if it' the same bunch as is on XM but Boomer said "Preds fans, we give!"
Pretty stark comparison last night with Vaslievskiy giving up a 6 pack to a bottom feeder and Pekka holding the Jets to one (and that one wasn't Laine...Pekka is the only goalie to keep him off the board in the last 13 games... and he' done it twice)
