I feel like he'll drop a lot but more because of lack of scouting.
The latest Tanknation has Detroit drafting him at #7, Don't see Detroit being interested in Necas though.

He would be so much more hyped if he was playing in the CHL
I could very much see Detroit being interested in Necas, especially in the 7-9 range and especially if they conclude he might be able to play center in NA pro hockey. I like him because he isn't really redundant in terms of what Detroit has in its system.
Granlund's skating was seen as his biggest weakness, quite the opposite for Necas I guess.Comparable to Mikael Granlund?
Please explain why some people see this guy going top 5. I am not seeing why people rate him that highly...
So, what is better for his development ? Czech extraliga final serie or U-18 WJC championship ??? Probably Martin personally wants to play for league cup... I´m about to say, I understand him... He is second best scorer on that team at the moment.

Overrated player. Not top 5 worthy.
Zacha was the most hyped Czech in recent memory. Surprised you have Necas ahead. Although, I can see why people would like Necas more than Zacha depending on what they value in a prospect.Quite the opposite actually. Poeple here don't follow Extraliga, so the best they can do is to compare him to the only other Czech 1st rounder that got drafted out that league in the last 10 years, Tomas Hertl. That makes Necas's stats look lackluster. But he absolutely has one of the highest ceilings in the draft and is the best Czech prospect since Voracek probably.
Agree to disagree about him I guess.
