assuming a healthy Sekera, I would say only a slight edge to Toronto. 20 games aren't enough of a sample to convince me the Leafs are significantly better like some posters are saying.

I find it interesting that Toronto has a D-Core full of players that would be 4-5-6's on Edmonton....Yet Edmonton has given up more goals then the Leafs so far this year. That is with Andersen taking October off too.

Oilers/Leafs both have given up 63 goals this year according to NHL.com and that's with the entire Oilers team taking the year off so far. Toronto even allows more shots a game. So ya.

Again you aren't doing a great job proving your point that 5/6 of the Leafs defense would be bottom pairing on an Oiler's team that has been terrible. Just double checking....Are the defensemen part of "the entire Oilers team" that hasn't shown up? Because the Leafs have been playing fine lol

The Leafs have been playing fine and still allow as many goals as the Oilers who are playing absolutely putrid and missing their top defenceman. I think that about says it all.

Yeah no see the thing is....The Leafs are getting better. We have given up 5 goals in our last 4 and 2/3 games. The Oiler's have given up 18 in their last 5.

The Oilers are 2nd last in the West. The Leafs currently stand 3rd place in the league. When are you going to draw the line? Just playing devils advocate here.
