It would be so awesome if Montreal and Vancouver passed us...
I mean we are still ahead of them With that streak.. 1 or 2 win even gives us alot of points. Lets just say I hope we keep losing, but also I will be surprised if we move down much farther.
Ya, it would be pretty sweet
Montreal has some tough games coming up here as well, And Vancouver is decimated with Injuries. Could see Montreal passing up. But Vancouver not so sure.
Worst record in past 10 games
2-6-2: Blues, Red Wings, Senators
3-5-2: Rangers, Hurricanes
Less is more baby!!!!!
And Detroit is 0-5-1 since the trade deadline, which is worst in the league.
Sens & Rangers both with wins tonight so far
Vancouver is terrible
Rangers and Senators win; Wings, Canadians, and Canucks lose.
Tough slate of matchups on Tuesday:
Dallas at Montreal
Ottawa at Tampa Bay
Edmonton at Calgary
LA at Arizona
****ing Tomas Tatar for Hart Trophy! Who Knew!
Go Sens beating Tampa right now 3-1
Montreal and Dallas tied 1-1 if Montreal wins or gets to OT Detroit falls to #27
MTL just tied their game up with Dallas 1-1 before the first ended.
Montreal just went up 4-2 on Dallas
Ottawa is up 7-3 on Tampa
Lets go McDavid, destroy the flames
epic night so far.... i hope i dont jinx anything ...
Good stuff! The Detroit tank keeps rolling
OK Montréal and Ottawa both won. Mtl killed a 1:13 5v3 to end the game, somehow didn't give up a goal. Clutch anti take maneuver by them.
Montreal passes us in the standings. Also, their entire board is mad at niemi for playing too well lmao. This tank mindset just ain't right...
I know right?.
Its very weird to be happy when our team keeps losing.
Ottawa within 2 points.
Vancouver only 4 out.
Right now, Detroit picks 8th without winning a lottery..
Here's how the standings play out if teams keep up their "last 10" pace.
Where do you get 8th from? We're in 5th last... maybe i just have no clue how it all works
dangit Edmonton got shut out 1-0
Arizona is up 3-1 late in the second
8th would be the worst we pick if none of the teams below us win the lottery.
It would be the lowest we would pick if none of the teams below us win the lottery.
That's unlikely, but possible.
Yep like getting struck by lightning on a sunny day. Possible.
Not nearly that unlikely, unfortunately.
3 teams below #5 winning all top 3 picks definitely is unlikely. 1 or 2 isn’t, but neither is the #5 team winning.
Also if statistics tell us anything it’s that last year’s outcome was very unlikely and a repeat this year would be even more so.
