Aliens? Let's do it.

Was anyone else stupid enough to get sucked into that Secret of Skinwalker Ranch show on History channel? They do some pretty cool experiments and shit on the Ranch and gather data trying to figure out what the hell is actually going on there. They totally yuck it up with the production for shock value and all that, but the actual scientific stuff going on is pretty interesting. It's definitely a hotspot for weird shit, and the main scientist actually got pulled onto some official government task force for UAP's a year or two ago, so there's some legit findings coming out of it.

Worth a watch if you like that stuff, just be prepared for the standard History Channel hysterics they toss in every episode.

Man the History Channel really whored itself out lol.

I remember when they just went full on reality show and had some kind of Las Vegas interconnected universe of shows

Did you read this David Grusch report? Pretty insane.

Yeah mind bottling read..posted that up thread. I mean I've said it before...I have no reason to disbelieve my own mother and what she saw as a kid in the mountains of a rural Italian village back in the 50's.

I think the biggest strike against Grusch is like everything I've read about what he's reported or claimed is like "Someone else told me this, someone else told me that." it's never that "I personally saw pictures/video/evidence of this craft." it's someone else told me about something. His claim that the US has retrieved crafts, dead pilots, and reverse-engineered alien technology is from other people telling him about it.

I 100% believe there's life on other planets, probably intelligent life either at our level of technology or well beyond. I don't know that any of those other alien civilizations have managed to ping Earth with a probe or a craft and for it to be as FREQUENT as Grusch seems to claim and that there's been recoveries in multiple other countries I just find it really hard to believe it's completely covered up for half a century or more.

No child-less guy on his deathbed releasing information or something in 70 years. Considering how much stuff 'leaks' out this would be like movie level 'secret society controlling EVERYTHING' type of situation.

I saw my first UFO on 7/20/2018. Easy to remember the date because it was one day before my birthday. Large, metallic, and was shaped like an upside down triangle or cone. It was hovering still for a while but I was driving and couldn't take a picture. It then vanished before my eyes like it turned on a cloaking device or something. I pulled over but it was gone from sight. One other possible sighting since then but not as sure on that one.

He could very well be part of a psy-ops distraction effort. Gov't has done it plenty of times but as a general point...I believe we're not alone. Some stories are totally whacked but others have some pretty good veracity to them.

Yeah my mom mentioned a cloaking type capability too...some details are pretty amazing.

He answered that terribly but still that’s a bullshit question to ask. How culpable is CNN in pushing the US Government’s agenda when they do bad shit & take money where they shouldn’t?

Even reduced to just sports leagues how many are making money off unethical governments/regimes? But it’s horrible when essentially a regular individual takes the money to truly better their life/situation?

OK, but let's not bury the lede here - he's a piece of shit, period.

My birthday is in September, but it is still too hot. I chose October, even though down here it is usually still too hot, because at least there are no stupid holidays where you have to eat gross turkey with a bunch of people around the table staring at you.
So this is why you never RSVP'd to my Canadian Thanksgiving invitation...

End of September and early October are great, especially if you are a beach person. The beaches are empty, the weather is still perfect, and the water is still warm.

That said, clearly no one else freshwater fly fishes around here, pfshhh. May is the way. (Early June too, but we only get one choice here.)

May is #2 after October fot me

What a coincidence.

This is everything bad rolled into one. Of course we know why he pulled that. But then there's the issue of what they destroy making this crap.

Many of the cut autos come from things like canceled checks. Those aren't a big deal. But one company in particular has had a habit of cutting up the display placards handed out at BHoF induction weekends. Now not only are you destroying a bigger presentation piece, you're pasting this bright yellow paper stock into the middle of a card not designed to match.

And then there's what they do with game worn items. For the modern stuff, it's become an industry and whether i like it or not, I get it. It exists in quantities and everyone understands before the contracts are signed. Cutting up Ruth jerseys into swatches? Shaving down bats to embed sections in cards? Hell, they cut up a Doak Walker jersey at one point. It makes no earthly sense. I ended up selling off all of my game used stuff that was valued for the GU portion. I just couldn't enjoy it. I did keep things like the LeBron Exquisite/99 because the value is in the LeBron Rookie, not the patch.

Maybe I'm mistaken, I think he's claimed to have looked at evidence, but he hasn't seen a craft or recovered body firsthand. Hasn't he provided classified information to Congress?

Also, have the crashes and retrievals been completely covered up?

Charles Hall, a nuclear physicist, ex-military American weather specialist and author are touring Australia with his claims that the United States military has been in contact with an alien species for years.

He says the aliens would dress as humans and visit Las Vegas.

In 1964, when I was a weather observer at Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada, I witnessed interactions between the military and a group of mysterious tall, white, human-like extraterrestrials, the Vietnam veteran said from his home in Albuquerque.

Their crafts are capable of travelling faster than the speed of light because Einstein was wrong about relativity.

You didn't ask for it, but you're getting it - my take on extra-terrestrial life. If someone can give me a walking bass line...

Despite the odds, there still exists a chance there is no other intelligent life out there. Unless it is known, it is an unknown. 99.99% is still not 100%, probabilities be damned. Do I believe there is intelligent life out there? Not really, but it would not surprise me if it was discovered.

The King of the Hill Theory (I tell you hwut) says that some entity will, by and large, be the most superior. What if that entity was the human race? All of the prognostication, speculation, and wish fulfillment suggests there is intelligent life out there, and by default, MUST be much more advanced than Earth-bound civilizations. Why? We just may be the top dogs in the universe, but that doesn't make for a romantically-satisfying discovery among the tinfoil hat crowd.

As was mentioned upthread, the chances of hard evidence being leaked is much more prevalent these days with the advent of social media and media devices. I'd like to see some unassailable physical evidence - and multiple instances of such, not just a, "We found what looks like a laptop in King Tut's whacking room."

Look, I'm not going to clown anyone for believing in extra-terrestrial life. Chances are you are right and I am the knucklehead, but, I am a logic- and evidence-based person and leaps of faith aren't in my repertoire.

Flame on.
