Given the return they got for him (2 2nds and 2 3rds), they are likely looking at rebuilding for the next little while.Interesting... what does this mean for his ice time? I thought he was looking to get a fairly large roll with Kitchener next season.

It's been so long since I've seen Santeri in a lineup
Niku voted #36 top prospect by your hfboard peers. Almost knocked off Juolevi.
Vesalainen was #24.
Poll section is always lots of fun in the summer.
I was Surprised as not many jet regulars were on the poll. Didn’t recognize many of the voters.I’m surprised they voted him that high. Would have thought the average fan would be more clueless about him. Nice to see.

Great young man. Really hope he makes it to the Jets some day.

I don't want him to make the Jets if he's crappy. I want him to get good enough, in sort of a Josh Manson development story.I don't unless he improves ALOT suddenly out of nowhere. We've seen what character without skill brings (Slater, Thorburn, Stuart). There's lots of good young men, I want talent and players that help Jets win games.
Interesting... KV above Valimaki, Liljegren, Foote, Brannstrom, and Suzuki (not even in top 50).Vesa 18 and Niku 47 make top 50.

That expansion draft trade crowd is getting quieter and quieter lolInteresting... KV above Valimaki, Liljegren, Foote, Brannstrom, and Suzuki (not even in top 50).

Oh, I'm sure that many will nurture their grievances about woulda / shoulda scenarios and will revel if KV should falter. It was still a bad, needless trade given that LV would likely have taken the soon to be deemed disposable Armia. Chevy might have gotten lucky, but trust me... we'll perk up again if KV lays an egg this season in the A (or K).
