I'm on Bell Fibe and just saw TSN added 4 channels specifically for Wimbledon bonus coverage. So that's cool.

Man, given some of the cupcake draws Rafa has had recently, he shouldn't complain too much. At least he doesn't have to face Nole in the semis.

Felix/Vasek underway.

They've traded breaks and are at 3-3. DF's hurting Felix again. Vasek looking pretty good for his first match in a long time. Grass definitely suits his game.

Vasek gets the break, 7-5. DF's for Felix.

National pecking orders are funny things, real "X"factors, but I would be surprised if FAA didn't come back to win this match.

Court 12 looks pretty fast. Fresh grass=low wickedly skidding shots. Felix seems to have adjusted now, though.

Is Vasek just out of shape or injured? I am just now watching so I missed the first 3 sets.

I think he is returning from an injury lay off, so not match sharp....First match of the year according to the ATP site.

Funny to think, this challenging court will be playing like a clay court in a week, from tiger to p***y cat.

Turns out to be an ideal maiden voyage for Felix today.

Felix gets his first GS match win. Settled in after a nervy first.

Great to see Vasek back. Hopefully he can finally stay healthy.

Zverev chokes away the second set against Vesely, allowing himself to be broken, badly, in his last two service games. With the match even at a set apiece, the third set is going to be huge and a real test of Sascha's shaky nerves.

Whoa! Sascha is broken for the third straight time, on this occasion from 40-love. Vesely is a fine grass court player--this could go from a crisis to a disaster very quickly if Zverev doesn't right the ship, 3-love.

As Sascha blows another service game badly, Vesely takes the third set, 6-2. What can you say? Poor Zverev--it's sort of mind-boggling. Still time, though....

Yo, Naomi, any second thoughts about that decision to change coaches?

And Zverev is gone, broken in his final service game. The Grand Slam curse continues in full force for him.

Having saved two match points in the fourth set breaker, Tsitsipas is again living dangerously down a break in the fifth set to the seemingly unsinkable Fabbiano...now 5-3

Holy smokes. So much for a slam breakthrough from the leaders of the ATP neXt Gen.

Osaka going out is less surprising. Wimby is not a great place to play a big match when there's a part of you that just wants to hide under a rock from the glare of stardom/super stardom.

Don't forget Medvedev, the well made, sensible sedan among all the hothouse Lamborghinis in the Next Gen.

Saw this from The Guardian, which I think is a pretty accurate snapshot of Osaka's mental statement right now:

Naomi Osaka was so upset about her defeat to Yulia Putintseva that she had to cut her press conference short.

Here’s an excerpt:

Q. Has it been difficult to get used to the new level of fame that you have? You’ve pretty much become a global superstar over the past few months.

NAOMI OSAKA: Can I leave? I feel like I’m about to cry.
