Letang, Goligoski, Moulson, Murray, Maatta, Muzzin, Guentzel, Kapanen, etc. disqualify Pittsburgh from being the worst drafting team. Not sure if you're fishing for compliments though.
They've only really botched the Pouliot pick recently. Most of their high picks were consensus picks.
