Very interesting to see Werner against MacFlawless and Dr Drai ,praying the avs can play good defence it can rebound ugly otherwise

Side note Neal has 12 goals 2 assists and still manages to be -10. Is he picking up only powerplay points?

Happy for the kid and he played great last game but I do not want to see him out there against McD and Drai. They'll be salivating at the chance to light him up and pad their stats. They've been doing it all season against NHL goalies already. Could be a disaster considering how poorly the team played defensively against the Jets. McDavid and Drai won't miss those golden opportunities off the several defensive turnovers like the Jets did.

Heard the Leafs are desperately looking for a decent and cheap backup. If Werner pitches another shutout we could try and bring Barrie back. Or even better, Mr. Selke himself, Alexander "the great" Kerfoot.

Grubi should be back in the next few games, he is on the road trip and practicing.
No word on Francouz other than that he has a head injury(concussion I'd assume).

I prefer sticking with Werner tonight. Gives him another shot after a great performance and we really need to make sure Gru is 100% and doesn’t get re-injured
