His first draft was also perfectly fine if we're going by that standard. They got players they needed. They need more picks to get more players and that was accomplished.

I think Jon Gruden wanted to run the course of this team this year and completely strip it.
Defense has had issues since last season with Khalil Mack and the helm.

With the upcoming draft this year with 3 number 1 picks, he will make the best of it.
He's trying to remove the inconsistent Reggie McKenzie pick ups/draft busts from this team.
