Pathetic effort from the offense tonight. 6/22 from Tua isn't cutting it at any level of football period. Tyreek tried his best but one WR can't carry an offense by himself.

The defense deserved better. The front 7 got to Herbert all night and it meant nothing.

What once appeared like a sure bet to make the playoffs is now in question since i can't see any scenario where Miami goes into Buffalo and wins, especially in what will appear to be cold temps and snow (even before after the bye tbh) They'll be 8-6 after Saturday with the Jets and Chargers right there.

Tua needs to figure his shit out. And fast. You were the most accurate QB in football and had an excuse last week with the o-line being decimated. No such thing tonight.

I don’t know if Dicker has the power, but he should have a full time gig next year.

The Bills have every advantage going into that game, very real chance they beat the Dolphins easily.
I think Buffalo was going to win that game regardless even before this downturn.

Miami could never win in Buffalo in the cold weather going back to the Marino days. They're calling for snow and freezing temps.

The legit question is now is how far does this pitfall go?

Chargers really tried to Charger it

Bolts are talented enough to go all the way if things start clicking for them. Not sure if Staley is the dude tho

I have no idea how Chargers fans survive these games week in and week out, lol.

Basically 4 teams for 2 spots now between MIA, NYJ, NE and LAC. And that Chargers schedule is a cakewalk...which means nothing with that team.

This is where McDaniel has to prove his acumen as an offensive mind too.

It looks like teams have figured out what the Dolphins offense likes to do. Tua was absolutely torching teams down the middle of the field with Waddle and Hill running short routes with break to get them open since not many guys can keep up speed wise.

Well the Niners and Chargers both had the answer. Sit in zone coverage over the middle and wait for Tua to panic and throw right into it or deep to basically nobody. It's especially worse when a below average defense like the Chargers can put the clamps on you like that. No ability to adjust, nothing else to fall back on since running the ball was a concept that was outlawed in Miami after 2017 for whatever reason.

NFL is a game of adjustments. If you can't adjust, you're kinda screwed.

They can start by running the ball. I know Wilson got hurt but he and Mostert combined for 15 carries.

Miami has been allergic to running the ball forever now. This was a problem under Flores too for whatever reason.

It's not like they have a tandem of terrible backs either. Mostert fits their speed philosophy perfectly and Wilson seemed to fit in pretty well before he got hurt.

They'll come out trying it in the first quarter and then after like have a dozen 1-3 yard runs they just go away from it entirely. Only time they ran it consistently was against Cleveland with 33 attempts. Most other games are between 20-25 attempts.

I find the Mostert was running rather soft in the opening games and thus isn't exactly what he was in San Fran. Miami doesn't have someone with the mindset of a downhill bruiser right now.

Miami’s Defense was giving the offense a chance, outside from Tyreek Hill playing Superman…at some point Tua needs to take chances with his decision making.

6/22 is not gonna cut it, especially with weeks left with playoff positioning. Unless the Dolphins turn into the 2000 Ravens with weeks left they are running on empty.

So much for Acho’s take of Tua over Herbert. Completely blew up on his face and now he’s got to eat crow on his show today…. Without the Hill play on the fumble that game would have been over earlier.
