How the f*** do you invest 250 million dollars in your franchise QB and then decide you'd rather go with your kicker at 64 yards instead of said QB on a 4 & 5.

Makes no sense at all

Sherman ain’t never met a person he didn’t later have a beef with either. He showed up there beefing with Harbaugh, he left beefing the Seahawks. Burger King should get him for an endorsement deal

were all those guys not around the last few years? well, at least the ones who were already retired

why would they hate russ?

Super Bowl 49, if Russell Wilson threw that game winning pass he would’ve been MVP of the game. Majority of the Hawks knew that Marshawn would’ve ran it in.

You think they would be mad at Pete Carroll but majority of them love the guy and they didn’t blame him for the play call, Wilson however is different. It’s like they hate him and they think he wanted to throw instead of run.

Sherman only just retired, for real.
KJ as well. Earl wanted to play the pst 2 years but no takers with his off field issues. Kam and Avril retired due to neck injuries. Bennett got moved to Philly a couple years earlier. Baldwin also retired like 4 years ago. Lynch gone years ago as well.

The D never forgave Russ for throwing the pick in the SB.

In their eyes it should have been a Lynch run but the play call was to get Russ MVP by throwing the GW TD.

Last time we saw Earl Thomas in a Seahawks uniform, he was giving his sideline the finger

why would they hate russ for that play call when it wasn't even his call?

most of those guys just retired within the last couple years. i think that's the reason why they all showed up tonight instead of showing up just to form a russell wilson hate circle-jerk

Money. Soon to be free agent wanted a new deal with Seattle or a trade to someone who would give him a new deal.

Then there’s Percy Harvin and Golden Tate, both of them had issues with Wilson apparently. Harvin let it be known he was not a fan of Wilson, even stating he wasn’t ‘black enough’ to be a quarterback.

I mean they had a dump off on a 3rd and 14. If Coleman makes that tackle it’s 4th and 10 at least.

Almost shades of the playoff game the Hawks vs GB 3 years ago when it was 4th and 10 at midfield but they had all of their TO and punted. But it’s ARod on the other side. Kind of better to go for it.

Denver, where are your weapons to go and get 5 yards when you need it.

iunno who Nathaniel Hackett is but he seems like a real boob. That game was horrendous from a Denver coaching perspective.

I would run through a wall for Pete Carroll tho. Or at least pickup his dry cleaning and feel good about it.

Hackett seems like a total buffoon. Just hearing him talk inspires zero confidence.

Pro sports are a fickle business, especially NFL football. Hard to follow a guy like that making the moronic decisions he made.

He lost out on a big money contract, went into the last year in Seattle without a new deal.

He got one with Baltimore though.
Yeah I remember that. And then with the Ravens he got in a fight with Chuck Clark so his teammates went to Eric DeCosta to get him cut.

If that game is in Denver then maybe you can justify a 64 yard field goal. McManus would have the leg for it plus the thinner air to work with.

But there, when you can just put the ball in Wilson's hands on a 4th and 5 when he'd been kinda shredding the Seahawks defense all night? Stupidity.

Hackett was hired before Walton bought the Broncos right?

To be honest, why was he even hired for Denver? Sure he was Green Bay’s OC for 3 years but everyone knew Aaron Rodgers would be great regardless of OC. It’s like Peyton Manning proclaiming Adam Gase a QB guru because he was the QB coach/OC for that record break year.
