Bad luck for him to be drafted by a team with basically a lame duck HC. If he could of had 2 years in the same system he could of had a chance to develop into a productive starter. Instead he is another wasted 1st round pick by DC.

It’s more than HC issues. He’s flawed at his core. Accuracy is a huge problem. People might point to Josh Allen, but he is more mobile/athletic and always had the ability to throw on the run. Dwayne can’t. He has game manager tools without the accuracy or processing ability.

Steven Sims is my vote for most disappointing player this year and it’s not particularly close. Looked like he was a gem of a find last year and I thought he’d be a huge asset in the slot and in the return game but he’s been terrible this year.

The ONE thing I will say in Haskin's favor -- when he decides to tuck it, he looks decisive. It also seems to loosen him up -- he looks much better taking off than when he tries to throw on the run or when the play's broken down.
