I’ve been able to hook up my family. I just haven’t been able to get one in the last week with these drops.

I got myself a Series X (my preference) through Microsoft last week. I “have” one but with a generic “end of December” delivery date so who knows when I’ll get it.

It's been "my turn" for roughly 45 minutes now without redirecting me to the store. Seems to be a common issue but some people seem to be getting systems.

Fun thing, if you leave the PS Direct window open, even if you're at the screen to buy the the system (even when it says sold out), and you leave it open, it'll keep you out of the queue and on the site. That is how I got mine from PS Direct. When they come in stock, you avoid the queue entirely.
