We cannot leverage cap space like that because we are in LTIR. It doesn't accumulate.

the price gets higher when you get closer to the DL. JR always love getting deals done early

If they make another trade it won’t be for a rental and from that perspective, cap won’t matter too much. Unless we are acquiring like a 6M player and we will need to wait till TDL to accrue enough cap to get that player on the books this season.
