This is probably true. That was such an ass whopping that Woodley needs to win a few fights AND have someone else beat Usman to even have a chance at fighting for the title again. And that's even without considering that Dana hates Woodley.

What a fight by Usman. He was so consistent with this gameplan and I think a lot of fighters could be a champ like Usman if they were consistent round to round like Usman.

Woodley has fought like this against Thompson twice. Backs up to the ring, but never got taken down. Against Usman he was backed up, then taken down and stayed there.
