Grigorenko and/or Duclair wouldn't go to BC anyway.

I don't think Roy is really that interested in acquiring MacKinnon. I think he's getting in the way to help Halifax gets MacK so he can get Erne. I think they already had an agreement with Erne before Halifax chose him two picks before Quebec's turn.

I could see a three way trade happening.

THAT is the worst one i've seen in my life, Alex Forsberg will not even be in the first round first of all (call me crazy), Jordan Subban is lower, Curtis Lazar and Jones (isn't a 95) at 8? Are you serious, You even Forgot Madison Bowey who lead Manitoba a low rated Manitoba to 5th and is playing for the Kelowna Rockets that produce good D and the best 95 skater, Domi is good but I doubt he goes 2nd overall, I say maybe 9-20.

My rankings (including 94's)
1. Nathan MacKinnon
2. Curtis Lazar
3. Seth Jones
4. Hunter Shinkaruk
5. Madison Bowey
6. Connor Rankin
7. Morgan Klimchuk
8. Darnell Nurse
9. Max Domi
10. Steve Santini
11. Sean Monahan
12. Josh Morrissey
13. Eric Comrie
14. Adam Erne
15. Jordan Subban

Is Santini really this highly regarded? A few friends of mine have played on teams with him before. Never knew he was this good.

My issue with the posts on Domi are that they are always attached to what Tie did as a player and his life off of the ice. I understand that people are not happy with Tie, and so be it, but don't translate that negative energy to his kid. Go talk to Tie about it, dont trash his kid.

Ive never seen a kid go through what he did this year in the rinks, and hear what some adults would yell at him. Its kinda sad when you think about it. You would think that adults would be more intelligent that that.

Thats why im always trying to stick up for him, because there are a lot of posters who have alterior motives on this site (excluding some obvious ones).

As far as your opinion more power to you. Your more then entitled to it. I don't share it, most scouts I know dont share it, but thats why everyone has their own right?

I thought he was absolutely dominant against the best players in Ontario at the U16 tournament in Kitchener. If thats not stepping up against top competition im not sure what is. He was also dominant at the OHL Cup.

I do agree that I don't know abut his NHL potential, but who knew about Mark Schefele's potential when he was the second best forward on an average Kitchener Jr Rangers team in his minor midget year. Its so hard to project these things.

Its a shame I didn't know you where at Kitchener, would have said hi.

My brother played on this team who was the best player on that team, NOBODY even rivalled Scheifele or came close to it.

Coming from a Wheaties fan, Pulock has to be ahead of Roy on that list. Although that could definitely change by the time of the draft. Only thing I think Roy has on Pulock is size.

With due respect scoutman1 I think Forsberg, and Duclair should at least get an HM on your list.

you are right...Duclair is super skilled only thing he lacks is hockey sense, he is not stupied on the ice at all but has to be more aware of teammates...Forsberg i very skilled, excellent puck handling and playmaking, skating is his big downfall....you are right both should have been on my HM list.

Has anyone mentioned Jordan Subban?
he went 5th overall to belleville but the bulls might have gone off the chart a bit just because he's a subban

Exactly, Erne will never play with Mooseheads.

he had a deal with Quebec worked out I know before the Mooseheads drafted him...with Halifax having Duclaire, Fucale, added to the line up and I heard the moose are offering a good package to Baie Comeau which they are interested in and they think looks good for Mackinnon so if they add those three to the roster they have Erne could be looking at the potential with the Mooseheads and possibly come up.
