I’d be more surprised if the replacement wasn’t from that group.
As much as we often hate the people getting fired, they are losing their jobs. It lets them collect themselves breath, have the team have a replacement or interim guy in place as wellExcuse my ignorance, but what would the purpose of that be?

I hope we get an explanation of that, even though it's ugly either way. I get a sense that Chia hasn't been in charge for sometime now, and he was allowed to stick around to save face.
