How do you make a sandwich out of french fries. Only the British...
Also, nobody wants to discuss a boiled sandwich, @Beef Invictus

I need a few more beers before i can bring myself to watch that.
Better that than a Will It Blend video.
....
At some point, my curiosity will get the best of me. But that day is not today.
I thought you were stuttering when typing "S-Show" and had a flashback to a terrible series of videos that I'll probably never find again that involved some creepy guy named Steve who'd talk super cartoony and often have these poor girls (probably escorts) on to get interviewed and then he'd start indulging in his foot fetish with them. Thanks, internet!Welcome to the S-Show, Garnet!

Here you go, the intersection of Will it Blend and sandwiches (and fries!)
Not to distract from the main topic here - but anyone got any recommendations for a good Valentines day restaurant thats on the newer side? Im a little late in making plans this year (shame on me) and a lot of my old spots are either booked or just dont sound all the appealing this year. Anywhere near the Philly/Haddonfield/Cinnaminson Triangulation would be fine..?
My cynical answer: Screw the awful ripoff Valentines scene and make your own meal, with hundreds of candles for mood.
My practical answer: Geez, good luck. Valentines specials vary from year to year and restaurants can drastically change up their menus and such. I hated hunting for these things.

I’m trying to think of something that’s larger in size. That might be your best hope this late.
I don’t know too much in Jersey outside of the Haddonfield/Collingswood corridor. Maybe Il Villaggio on 561 just outside Haddonfield into Cherry Hill? They have a ton of tables. Owners are super nice and put a lot of care into their sourcing.
You willing to go into the city?
I live in the city, so its not a problem for me. the 'issue' becomes going to grab the girlfriend from the Cinnaminson area, then back to city, then back there. For V-day, i'll make the "all over the place" drive.
From a quick OpenTable search, a few places with some open times I've been that I would take my fiancee for VDay: Barbuzzo, Abe Fisher, Bud & Marilyn's, Serpico
Appreciate it, Jojo. you ever been to bud and marilyns? Gone there a few times and for the money, one of the better restaurants in the area, for me.
No problem at all. I've personally been to all the ones I listed or I wouldn't endorse. We really enjoyed it too.
If you're ever at Abe Fisher and have enough people and advanced warning for the Montreal Style Short Ribs, it's completely worth it. It comes out closeish to pastrami.
Instead of choosing appetizers to go with it, we asked that the kitchen send whatever they want and were assaulted with wave after wave of excellent food, but YMMV on that part.
*Edit* This must just be a piece. They brought out the whole damn thing to show us before they carved it up for the table.
Oh, wow.
You ever get enough people to do the Trough at Butcher Bar?
Not yet, but it's on my list to try. I walk by there almost every work day and keep forgetting.
Every time we do a group dinner recently, people want to go to Chinatown.
You too? Haha. My company just moved their HQ to that area (probably gives it away now), so I'm still learning about the area. The bartender from Varga, Rich, works there too, he told me to give it a shot.
Good God that looks unbelievable. I need this inside me.No problem at all. I've personally been to all the ones I listed or I wouldn't endorse. We really enjoyed it too.

Hah. Yep. I'm a few blocks east of you in the twin buildings across the street.
Ive gotta ask because i like the concept - you ever grabbed lunch at Coventry?
Yep, it's pretty good. That, Mama's, Farmer's Keep, and the Falafel Nazi are some of my most common lunches for sheer convenience. And I enjoy them, of course, but etc.
