Alright, I recalculated the cap, and it went up to $61.61 million.

Any objections to a $63 million cap? Gives some wiggle room but forces teams with a lot of salary to make moves.

I'm done managing ice time for my players. I go to extremes to ensure i never go over the minites for any of my players and in the last 8 games i have play 7 of them the other teams broke the rule. I won't be stupid about it but I'm not sitting players anyone to avoid going over because it is obviosly not a hard set rule.

Would that be my prize for just making the playoffs? Maybe I should rethink my strategy. Should be fun none the less to try to knock the top team off even if it is a long shot.
