Fantastic. Here in Minnesota it is very common. There’s a friendly competition among many dads about who has the best backyard rink. Yours would be in contention for one of the best. Nice work.

Nice! Mine is 12.2m x 7.9m, no red or blue lines though, and only a 2000w work light for night time festivities. Not cold enough here yet for ice though.
What did you use under the ice at the deep end?

I did a similar thing for my kids for soccer. We have grass in the backyard and they can play soccer on it.

We had really cold weather, but now the Snow is gone and it's raining. Not good for the rink. The kids love the rink and my 6 year old told me in the car going to school today, that he wants to play for the Islanders when he comes to the NHL. I was moved. A father can dream
