I know it's a joke - and I had a good laugh at this post - but even if Dorion is a pretty crappy GM, one thing he and his staff is good at, it's scouting.

I've honestly felt bad for him at pressers. He seems like a really nice and smart guy, but then he has to spin the Ottawa situation like he's about to cry.

Two years ago RDS (French TSN) had a story on Dorion and they showed what was a typical day for him. He's doing for the Sens what other teams hire 3 or 4 people to do (thanks to cheap ownership). He wears a LOT of hats and genuinely seems like a good person. I stopped mocking him after watching that.

Two years ago RDS (French TSN) had a story on Dorion and they showed what was a typical day for him. He's doing for the Sens what other teams hire 3 or 4 people to do (thanks to cheap ownership). He wears a LOT of hats and genuinely seems like a good person. I stopped mocking him after watching that.

He also repeats reporters' questions (English or French) into the mic in English. Thanks, Pierre!

Like Byram, Lafreniere should've went the Matthews route. Don't get me wrong he should be just fine because he is NOT Nolan Patrick in regards to jumping early in juniors and stagnating over time. However, he is simply too good for CHL defenders and especially junior goalers where I don't think he will fully develop to his maximum potential for this season.

Also I can't find the link because I am on my phone, but supposedly the NHL has a podcast introducing the 2020 draft if any of you lot want to cheque it out.

Stutzle looks amazing and the top of the nation easily, definitely playing in the top 5 for me as well, however...
