If Morey wouldnt give up assets for Harden/Paul why would he give it up for Lowry?
Better off just riding it out with Simmons and continue to hope he develops on-ball as opposed to that.

I'd take Cheeks over Iverson as a PG, Iverson was more talented, but Cheeks was more efficient and a better team player.
Iverson would be a better fit off the bench as instant offense.
No Luke Jackson? Man was a monster.

I can only assume that OKC changed their jerseys at the last second, and Atlanta didn’t have time to switch to whites before the timer ran out. We’ve all been there.

This was one of my favorite parts before a game in high school. Walk into the rink and check the board/screen for what locker room we were in and which one the other team was in. Then we had to send an emissary to their locker room to ask them if they were wearing light or dark jerseys. We had both, but not every team we played did so we would just go with the opposite of what they went with. I don't think we ever ended up in a situation like this where we had essentially the same colors on.

Lowry's deal is 1 for 30.5. Raps gave him the bag as a thank you for services rendered.
To fit him in capwise youve got to send 1 of your max deals back or gut the bench.

Sixers biggest need is an elite volume scorer.
Someone who can walk down an elite defender late in playoff games and hit a shot.
A Harden type player. Lowry isnt that.
For Paul I could see gutting the bench. For Harden I was willing to give Simmons+.
No reason to do cap contortions and empty the clip asset-wise for a guy who's not gonna put you over BK.
Esp when if he really wants to be here we can sign him next year for cheap.
Morey could easily kick the tires on Delon Wright who'd be a younger, more longterm piece that would be easier to fit capwise.
