Depends on the Raps asking price. Green for Lowry you'd have to seriously consider. Green can still play some defense against good scorers, so the Sixers would probably lose some on D but gain on O. Lowry is probably the better player now so the Raps might want more.

The return will be better than Green because if that's the case, why not just keep him instead since he is much better. They will get something for the future if they trade him in picks/kids along with a body(cap).
