That was designed by a Peruvian artist who passed away not too long thereafter. He was in his 70s or 80s at the time. David Robinson, drummer, was dating someone named Candy from New Jersey and she was the cover subject.

Candy-O, the song, back when there were such things as title tracks, is the best tune on that album.

One of the most iconic sports photos ever taken. It was a moment when we witnessed something stunning and unique yet the full appreciation was dwarfed by the shocking method of success and defeat to others. Almost dreamlike.

You know you are getting old when you not only prefer but limit interest to retro; however, baseball used to be a cool sport.

This was one of those fights that will endure the test of time despite, or perhaps because of, the amount of action in just two rounds. Of course, Cosell's call is among the most memorable ever.

Neither team hit much, Gene Tenace a rare exception, but the 1972 World Series was filled with so much other action. A battle of two great franchises at the time. Usage of pitchers, speed and defense all played interesting angles into that Series.
