who else will turn the puck over because he can't win a board battle?

*sees Glass is back in lineup*

Nevermind.

I'm assuming Miller and Fast will both move up and Glass will be inserted on the 4th line.

10-14 days isn't a big deal at all. I bet you he plays through this if its the playoffs.

ya, it didn't look good - I'm glad his leg was warm so he didn't get a severe injury.

“@stevezipay: So, between 4 and 6 games without St. Louis if estimate is correct...”

If we're not making a call up, which I hope they do and I hope its Lindberg, we'd see this:

Nash-Brass-Zuc
Kreider- Step- Hayes
Miller-Moore-Hagelin
Glass-Sheppard-Fast

Break up top line. Reunite Nash with Stepan and Kreider. Put Miller on LW with Brassard and Zucc.

Should have never traded Stempniak.

Yes, we had to. We needed space for Sheppard on our roster. sending down Stempniak would result in him being claimed, losing him for nothing. We traded him for Klingberg who help out HFD.

Waiving Glass would have saved us about the same amount of cap space as trading Stemp. I don't think we were at 50 contracts either.

Two of our most important players in the playoffs are getting some rest with their injuries.

This could work in our favor.

As long as they heal up 100% and are back in form for the playoffs, I agree.

Hope we don't lose any ground. Stepan needs to break his slump, Nash needs to catch fire for us again.

I'm ready to see Fast with Stepan and Kreider. Now that he's been settling back in after his injury, his hockey IQ and defensive game look to be in full swing. Maybe a couple line mates that have some offense to their game could kick start his offensive confidence.

I don't agree with everyone wanting to change all of the lines because MSL is hurt. Keep the lines as they are for the most part and move either Miller up and reunite Hags-Hayes-Fast or just send Fast up to the top 6 and see what he's got.

Hopefully he comes back and is reborn for the playoffs.

For all the complaining about MSL, he's the second leading scorer and did seem to be coming around.

Now without our best player/starting goalie, 2nd leading scorer and top 4 D.

What do we think AV is going to do line wise?

Bump Fast up to the 3rd line, and Hayes/Miller up to the 2nd
