If he ends up well, I'll argue the stache soften his fall

Went down standing up for PK, doing what he was brought here for. I hope he recovers quick and those two wins over Orr tonight are just the beginning.

I hope this helps you a bit:

From Elliotte Friedman
Canadiens announce concussion for Parros. Undergoing more tests...alert and conscious, Thank God.

That was terrifying. Like Patches and Eller. This sport has to change or it will die.

Oh please, he fell, he wasn't punched in the head. Lets stop the drama.

Good luck to Parros. Hope he can make a comeback soon. You never want to see that happen to someone even when you are bitter rivals.

Besides the fighting where he was as good as advertised (seriously, I wasn't expecting him to win twice against Orr at his age), I was actually fairly impressed with how he played otherwise. That could be a big difference if he can be a 10min a night guy instead of a 6 minute guy. I'm not holding my breath for him to be more than a fighter but he had a good game tonight.

Hope the concussion is mild and he's better soon. Scary injury.

Leaf fan, wishing the best for Parros. I really hope he can come back from this, he was playing very well tonight.

And NOT wishing the best for Glenn Healey. What a complete and utter moron making those kind of comments after what happened.

I'm still freakin' stunned. Only played 2/3 of a game but I love him already. Really hope it was not as bad as it looks. Get well Georgie

Didn't "fall", was pulled down

Look again closely at
:
- orr's feet before & as he falls
- orr's body twisting before/as he falls

Judo, plain and simple.

Meanwhile, TSN game recap "loses balanced stepping on a glove"...
Look at the glove, doesn't get touched until long after both players go down...
Rush to paint it as freak accident without looking at it closely,

Forget injury
Forget outcome

Just look at the fight & what each guy was trying to do before going down... These aren't high school kids, they understand balance & weight manipulation.

Orr threw parros to the ice using his own falling (self directed) body weight for leverage

They all try to pull each other down, though. You try to bring the other guy with you. I don't think any amount of Judo could have told him the way Parros would fall.

I don't think I've heard the Bell Centre going to complete silence so quickly in my life...and I'm not kidding. It took between 1 and 2 seconds. That was ****ing scary.

But that's hockey, I guess. :(

This is ridiculous. It was an accident not "judo".

Best wishes for Parros.

Garbage post is garbage, there was nothing malicious going on, it was a totally freak accident.
