Even from a non fighting standpoint, I thought parros looked decent on the 4th line albeit, limited ice time. He didn't show much rust, and if he can help in just keeping offensive zone possession, will buy himself more playing time, given that he will be fine after this injury


Agree, it was refreshing to see a Habs trio forecheck with big crushing hits rather then little poke checks.

He was better than I expected in the offensive zone, but in the d zone he was pretty much as advertised. Looked completely lost. Oh well, his first game was still mostly positive.

I admit, I didn't watch the entire game. Your assessment is probably accurate but I don't really remember seeing parros in the defensive zone, because they seemed to be in the other zone during their limited time. That's the best defence I can ask for from the 4th line, or any line for that matter.
