Like when your girlfriend says she’s “fine”
No, I'd really be fine with it. We should get what we can while we can. And the wife knows it gets taken literally.

Lebrun speculated about a Brass for Ferland deal.
I think i'd be ok with that.
Sheahan should be able to give you at least what Brass has gave the Pens plus your getting Ferland.
That’s an easy yes.
Yeah, the more i think about it the more i like it.
Another benefit of the deal would be that you would be saving about 1.2 million in cap space.
Their is the link for it for anybody who wants to watch.
Bonino at least played with a high end determination/leave it all on the ice. Not saying Sheahan does/doesn't, but it was obvious that Bonino played that way, where it's not as obvious that Sheahan does.
I also think Teddy will have a chance to be a long term 4c solution.
Brass drawing interest from Winnipeg... if I’m assuming Lowry is a no go what do they even have in the way of a 3C coming back?
Why would you assume that

Mathieu Perreault maybe? He's played C in the past hasn't he?Brass drawing interest from Winnipeg... if I’m assuming Lowry is a no go what do they even have in the way of a 3C coming back?
Brassard for Ferland would be a really stupid trade for the Penguins to make unless they have acquired another 3C.
They get a very good ES winger to bump better wingers to play with Sheahan. There’s nothing “really stupid” about it.

Plays a decent role for them from my understanding. More importantly he’s cheap and signed for the next 2 years which is important for a budget org that could be facing a bit of a cap crunch like WPG. Maybe I’m wrong, idk.

The stupid part is having a guy who sucks anchor your third line when they want it to be a scoring line. Riley Sheahan is not a scoring line center

Perreault would be amazing if healthy. He helps every line at ES and is a good PP2 player.
Hes an ok 3c, people get too attached to term around here.
It is really stupid to have Riley Sheahan as your 3C when he wasn't good enough to be your 3C last year.
You don't trade a UFA center for a UFA winger unless the winger is appreciably better. Centers hold much more value. I like Ferland but I'm not doing that deal.
He was good enough by every standard. He’s not Kadri but he wasn’t bad. They just wanted Brass to put them over the top.
