Fantastic. He got under his skin. I expect him to do this more and more once he really settles in.

It's easy to forget he turned 22 like, last week. I know people have him pegged as a 5/6 guy moving forward but he's not done developing. There's no reason he can't become a rock-solid defensive option on a good team's second pair.

Doods a banngggerrr. Kids tough as nails. Here’s to hoping his grit and battle start wearing off on some of his teammates.

Lindgren is much needed on this defense. Brings that snarl you want on the back end. Better with the puck than what was lead on as well.

Makes it much easier to move Skjei, if he can keep this going. The LD pipeline suggests this should happen, especially if he can fill Skjei's spot.

Personally I take remarks right after a battle with a grain of salt. This Haggerty was trolling for a story line---'Marchand says Lindgren won't be around long in the NHL'---and then he moves along to the next game and forgets about it . In other words--let's go to our mouthiest player--he'll say some bullshit and we'll sell papers. As well if anyone touches Bergeron everyone in Boston goes nuts. He's like some kind of saint. What I really liked the most about that play was Buch knocking Marchand flying.

Lindgren has the skills to be the NHL--skating, puck movement etc. He's more of the defender type. He also has a ton of compete. He's not IMO going to be a star but he has everything he needs to be a solid dependable player.
