One thing I really like about Ratcliffe is he is very responsible and smart in his own zone. Like the upside of pick. Good passer. Has plenty of room to develop. He could be just scratching the surface offensively. Even if he doesn't hit the upside will play in the NHL due to size, skating, and defensive awareness.
