that's probably the best period of hockey I've seen from the Wings this year. Other than AA, something that's standing out are the D stepping up and closing gaps - especially in the neutral zone.

THey are also making passes that are just a bit less crappy. AA was almost able to pick up the puck cleanly on the 3rd goal.
