We are definitely happy to read this but the majority of us are in the “prove it on the ice” mentality before we get excited with him.

Everyone knows he isn't a flashy player, but those who give value to defensive positioning, well placed sticks and hard work in the corners will probably like Carpy.

He's an improvement on Kevin Rooney defensively and on par offensively. He's also stronger in the face off dot. I like this move in general not because it's flashy but because it's a small detail that should lead to better performance on the ice.

Why do the Rangers think he has any NHL talent? their pro scouts are awful. Gauthier not NHL player. Hunt would be on most expansion teams and should not receive ice time on playoff teams. He is not that good.
