confirmed 10% rebate on playoff tickets for early renewal if you pay by next Friday, April 8 (otherwise deadline is April 29 to renew)

Same options, either lump sum up front or 8 equal monthly payment plans on non-expiring credit card

What do you do if your credit card expires in a couple of months? I want to use my Chase card in case they have some kind of benefit, e.g. McD's C, but my card expires in June. Does it even let you do the payment plan?

I am in upper lower Bowl sec 102. Was $127/seat this yer looks like next year is $134/seat

Looks like you got off relatively easy. That said, neither 127/134 is a great value for the last few rows of the lower goal sections. Likely the reason they didn't beat you up too badly.

No, it's a pain. Last year my Chase card was expiring in August or similar...so it failed when I tried to use it for the 9 month payment option. So I went online and requested a replacement card...the idiots sent me a new card with the SAME expiration date. Ended up having to use my wife's card for this season, since I don't have another Chard CC.

I also have 2 seats in lower level corner upper rows and my price is $161 per ticket. Over 35 years as season ticket holder. Double check the $167 price you have posted.

Had this happen with my AMEX one year, called customer service and said I need to make a purchase with a longer expiration date and they sent me a new card with a new expiration date.

I still can't get over someone sitting in row 24 in section 225 is now paying 74 a seat.... That's crazy! 19% increase! I'm sure this is the only arena in the nhl that has a last row Paying 74 a seat.

There are A LOT more Basketball fans out there than hockey fans and people just want go to a game. Even if the team is not winning

NBA is a star driven league unlike NHL. You can be the worst team in the NBA but people will pay anything to see your team play Lebron or Curry or Westbrook. People want to see Rangers vs Canadiens but many probably don't even know who PK Subban is. Does anyone want to see the bottom dwelling Oilers play with McDavid?

If it expires in 2016, just put that it expires in 2019. I did that last year and when I got my new credit card, it expired in 2018. I called up chase and they said its usually 3 years.

I hate Dolan, he is a greedy POS. I won't ever get cable because I can't see paying him even more money. I should get free cable for the amount I pay for season tickets. As someone said we get nothing. Alot of teams give stuff to fans, not the Rangers all we get once in awhile is stupid things that have the sponsors name on it. Love getting my shirt that says Chase bank on it.

yea but all I would do is update the card when the time came. You can try it, see if it works.

I might try that next time. But I'm good for a couple years since my new card arrived last summer. Either that or I'll ask that they change the expiration date to the December to February time-frame since no Rangers charges are hitting the card during those months.

Last year I had that issue...I believe I just randomly rolled the expiration forward 1 year so the system would let me renew....and then called my rep with the actual new expiration when I got the new card.

Going to email my rep on what to do. I would request a new CC with a new expiration date, but I'm headed to Phoenix this week to check out Gila River Arena (WSH vs ARI) on my quest to visit all 30 arenas. By the time I get back and the new CC shows up, I'll miss out on the discount.

I used to be a season ticket holder for 10 years. We gave them up right before the 2005 lockout. Those prices are insane. At least the Rangers have been a competitive team. The Knicks are a joke and they charge more. Crazy.

yeah I put in whatever people report. I knew this would eventually happen but the Rangers have completely stopped issuing price maps. Pre-renovation, they even used to release super hi-res PDFs where you could zoom in to actual row numbers. They then issued lower and lower resolution maps to the point where you could barely read section numbers and now there's nothing.

The complication now is the united nations of pricing. These are the fixed price points:

Full season face values (tenure pre 2015-16)
Full season face values (tenure from 2015-16)
Full season face values (tenure from 2016-17 ???)
Half Season face values (tenure based??)
Quarter season face values (tenure based??)
[lower bowl has different prices for shoot 2x side too]

And then of course you have the dynamic price points on ticketmaster where they charge whatever they want on any given day or time

Yeah, and as you can see above that chart is the absolute lowest price you can pay for any given seat. Many are well over 50% more expensive as part of smaller plans, and they routinely charge $175 for blue seats that STHs pay $53 for

Wow.. A full season with a different price point.. Did u have an aisle seat??

Not a aisle, but right on the blue line. Very happy with the seats. Only problem is that the top of the Jumbotron is cut off by the Chase Bridge.

On a side note, I've had a few different reps, but found them all to be really helpful. Only good things to say about all of them.
